IHG Hotels is seeking a Night Front Desk Agent to manage check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and payments between 11 PM and 7 AM, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management.

The role also includes occasional laundry duties, supporting safety procedures, and acting as a friendly brand ambassador to ensure guests feel at home at every stay. Previous experience in front desk or guest services is preferred, with strong communication, problem solving, and computer literacy.

Formación

• Shift runs 24/7 operations with varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate clearly with guests and colleagues; resolve issues professionally.
• Fluency in the local language is preferred; additional languages are a plus but not required.
• Proficient reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is a bonus.
• Experience in front desk or guest services is preferred (1 year+).
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in/check-out guests promptly and professionally.
• Process all payments per procedures and balance daily transactions.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for management.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries, including local information and directions.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Maintain safety by following procedures and reporting incidents.
