Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in front desk or guest service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and computer literacy.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out guests in a timely, professional manner and handle payments.
• Balance daily transactions and verify guest accounts.
• Prepare financial/operational reports for management.
• Other duties may include processing laundry and assisting guests with requests.
