Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent math and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and time management skills.
• Available to work overnight shifts.
• High School diploma or equivalent; stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks.
• Reconcile accounts and balance the cash drawer.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts and keep ledgers.
• Support forecasts and audits with accurate records.
