Marquee Hospitality LLC is seeking a Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent to handle overnight front desk operations from roughly 11 pm to 7 am. Responsibilities include guest check-in, reservation handling, daily reporting, and balancing transactions.

The role emphasizes strong accounting knowledge, problem-solving for guest issues, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure overnight environment.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Must be able to problem-solve and troubleshoot to resolve guest issues and respond to emergencies.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including uniform and name tag per brand standards.
• Comply with standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Complete the End of Day process and the Night Audit checklist.
• Balance the day’s work and maintain cashiering responsibilities per Front Office procedures.
• Fulfill all Front Office functions between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
