Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations (11pm–7am), register guests, manage reservations, prepare daily reports, balance transactions and conduct security walks.

The role requires problem solving, strong numerical and computer skills, ability to work independently under pressure, and excellent guest service; prior hotel experience and high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of progressive hotel or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and handle reservations during overnight shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Prepare daily reports and balance transactions.
• Maintain a friendly, service-oriented demeanor with guests and associates.
• Balance day’s work and run required reports for audits.
• Maintain Front Office computer system and cash handling.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures per Avion Hospitality standards.
