Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality, accounting, or business degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in hotel front desk operations, accounting, or customer service.
• Proficiency with hotel systems (PMS) and night audit software (Opera preferred).

Responsibilities

• Overnight front desk operations and guest check-in/out processing.
• Perform end-of-day accounting, balance accounts, and reconcile transactions.
• Audit daily financial activities and distribute reports to management.
• Maintain PMS records, ensure accurate data entry, and report discrepancies.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company standards overnight.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance for overnight guest needs.
• Communicate updates and issues to management and incoming shifts.
