Job summary

Mehr Consultancy is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to work overnight shifts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include handling check-ins/outs, processing payments, preparing daily reports, coordinating with housekeeping, and ensuring the front desk and lobby are orderly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in hospitality/front desk roles.
• 2) Strong written and verbal communication.
• 3) Proficiency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets and word processing.
• 4) Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
• 5) High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6) Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Handle guest requests, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and transactions, including room charges, cash, debit, or credit.
• Maintain front desk and lobby appearance.
• Run daily reports such as arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to track room readiness.
• Answer guest calls and provide information about the property and local attractions.
• Perform administrative duties, including filing and updating records.
• Safeguard guest information and handle confidential records with integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.
