Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue and expenses while performing front desk duties during the overnight shift. Provide exceptional guest service and maintain smooth hotel operations after hours.

The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and proficiency with hotel management software to handle nightly transactions and report generation. Weekend and holiday shifts are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance financials.
• Check guests in and out with proper room assignments and guest requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel and local area.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
• Monitor hotel security during night shifts and respond to emergencies.
• Process financial transactions including cash handling and posting to guest accounts.
