Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting education preferred.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions and memos.

• Proficient in English; basic math and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and process registrations; issue keys.
• Balance cash receipts and post guest charges; prepare deposits.
• Manage night audit reports and balance daily transactions.
• Book guest reservations for individuals or groups.
• Maintain compliance with audit and SOPs.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues.
• Handle guest requests during the third shift.
