Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee night front desk operations, balance daily revenue, and prepare reports. The role handles guest interactions, registrations, and routine audits during the third shift.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and cash-handling experience. Accounting knowledge is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel front office systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; accounting education preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions and memos.
• Good cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally; complete check-in/check-out procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and payroll-related tasks; prepare necessary reports.
• Maintain log books and perform nightly audit procedures.
• Process guest registrations and issue unit keys; handle guest requests.
• Interact with housekeeping, accounting and front office to ensure smooth operations.
