Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The role includes registering guests, handling reservations, balanced transactions, and preparing daily reports.

The Night Auditor will walk the property for security, maintain records, and support the Property Accountant with folio and back-up documents. The position requires a friendly, service-oriented approach, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with Windows,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
College coursework in a related field is helpful.
Must be proficient with Windows OS, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsibilities

Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
Fulfill all Front Office functions between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Follow up to ensure nightly security checks are performed and areas are secured.
Maintain proper record keeping per Avion Hospitality standards.
Prepare daily reports and attach supporting documents as needed.
Maintain radio contact with teammates during the shift.
