Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to manage night audit procedures, balance daily activities, and generate audit reports. The role may include handling Front Office tasks during the third shift, ensuring accurate records and guest service during late hours.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of Front Desk or Hospitality Guest Service experience and preferably 1 year of accounting or Night Audit experience, with solid English communication and computer skills.

Qualifikationen

• The Night Auditor must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• The incumbent should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with PC applications and Microsoft Office is expected.
• Experience with accounting systems is preferred.
• At least 1 year in Front Desk or Hospitality Guest Service is desirable.
• Night Audit or accounting experience is an asset.

Aufgaben

• The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work.
• May handle all Front Office functions on the third shift.
• Balance the day’s work and generate required reports for audits.
• Maintain proper record-keeping and attach backup to folio/banquet bills.
• Address guest requests during the third shift.
