Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and register arrivals; issue unit keys and provide local information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions; balance cash and prepare reports.
• Balance day’s work and run audit reports; support third‑shift front desk operations.
• Assist with guest requests and reservations as needed.
