Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor for the third shift to manage night audit procedures, balance daily activities, and produce required financial reports.

You will support Front Office operations, maintain meticulous records, and forward folios to the Property Accountant with backup documentation. The role requires strong English communication, customer service focus, and experience in Front Desk or Night Audit.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• PC skills and Microsoft Office experience.
• Accounting systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures nightly.
• Balance the day’s work and generate required reports for Food & Beverage audit.
• Maintain proper record keeping (log books, etc.).
• Attach folio/banquet backup to bills and direct bills to the Property Accountant.
• Handle guest requests during the third shift as needed.
