shive shakti is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations, balance transactions, and prepare daily reports. The role emphasizes guest service, security checks, and accuracy in back-office tasks within a hotel setting.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in hospitality, a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently during late hours while maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Able to problem solve and respond to guest issues and emergencies.
• Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.
• Work well under pressure and handle financial data and arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs with a friendly, efficient manner.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare reports during overnight shift.
• Maintain front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist and distribute required data.
• Follow safety procedures and uphold brand standards.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with other departments as needed.
