Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Balance daily revenue and expense transactions during the audit shift.
• Perform all front desk duties during the audit period.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to departments.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs per hotel requirements.
