Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a National Coordinator to manage dispatch operations for fleet repairs and maintenance nationwide. This overnight role coordinates across internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure timely service events and high-quality customer experience.

The National Coordinator models best practices, supports less experienced teammates, and adheres to Cox Fleet standards. Shifts run from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with potential overtime based on demand.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with 5 years’ dispatch or logistics coordination experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics.
• Proficient communication and multi-tasking in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service events across multiple markets to ensure timely completion.
• Manage lifecycle of fleet repairs, preventative maintenance, towing, and unscheduled service events.
• Monitor and communicate status to customers and leadership, including delays and service concerns.
• Allocate work to technicians to optimize KPIs and drive customer satisfaction.
