Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a National Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets. This overnight role requires strong judgment and collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners to uphold service standards.

Responsibilities include service event management, KPI-driven dispatch, and proactive communication with customers. Overtime may be available, and shift discussions occur during interviews.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; 5 years in dispatch, scheduling or logistics coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking/transport logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of maintenance events from request to repair completion.
• Dispatch to technicians to optimize time and KPI performance.
• Communicate status with clients and internal stakeholders across markets.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure quality and timely service.
• Maintain documentation in applicable systems and escalate complex issues.
