Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a National Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets. You will coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal partners to ensure timely, quality service and strong customer experience.

This overnight role runs 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM with opportunities for overtime based on demand, and requires strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years related dispatch/logistics experience
• Alternative: higher degree/certification with 3 years experience
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking standards
• Proficiency with MS Office and dispatch/fleet systems

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of service events from request to completion
• Dispatch to optimize client outcomes and KPIs
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams across markets
• Provide coaching to less experienced dispatch staff
• Maintain documentation in systems and escalate when needed
• Communicate proactively with customers and leadership about delays
• Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement
