Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to lead dispatch operations for fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets. The role emphasizes judgment, industry knowledge, and coordination with customers, technicians, and third‑party vendors.

This overnight position runs 4:00 PM–10:00 AM with potential overtime. You will model best practices, provide guidance to teammates, and uphold Cox Fleet standards for service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years' related dispatch/logistics experience (or equivalent combination).
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance from client request to repair completion.
• Coordinate dispatch to optimize KPI performance and timely arrival estimates.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Document interactions in applicable systems and ensure compliance with policies.
