Responsibilities

• Manage the complete event lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and service events.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed.
• Audit open work requests across multiple markets for compliance.
• Monitor events and communicate delays or service concerns to customers and leadership.
• Provide coaching and development for less experienced dispatch team members.
• Maintain timely documentation in applicable systems.
