Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years’ experience in a dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination role or alternative combinations (degree/certification with 3+ years).
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete event lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and service events from initial client request to repair completion.
• Dispatch to achieve the best results for the client and align work with time-based KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal partners, customers, and third‑party vendors to resolve issues and keep customers informed.
• Audit open work requests across markets for compliance with daily update requirements.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in all applicable systems for each customer interaction and service event.
