Job summary

Cox Enterprises' Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to serve as a subject matter expert in dispatch operations, managing the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets. This overnight role requires professional judgment, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal partners, customers, and third‑party vendors.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED with 5 years in dispatch/logistics or 3+ years with higher degree
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking/logistics standards
• Proficient communication across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete event lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and unscheduled service events
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed
• Re‑assign previous events not completed during first assignment
• Assess events and dispatch for best client results
• Maintain timely documentation and escalate issues per procedures
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve multi‑party service issues
