Job summary

The National Coordinator at Cox Fleet coordinates the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets in the United States, requiring strong judgment and cross‑functional collaboration. The role supports team members, upholds Cox Fleet standards, and ensures high-quality service and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 5 years in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination; alternative combos allowed.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking standards, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end service events from client request to repair completion.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and re‑assign as needed.
• Assist in prioritizing events to meet time-based KPIs and service levels.
• Monitor open events and communicate delays or concerns to customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve multi‑party service issues.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced dispatch staff.
