Job summary

The National Coordinator at Cox Fleet oversees the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets in the United States. This role requires strong judgment, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal partners, customers, and third‑party vendors to uphold service quality and customer experience.

Shifts are overnight, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Overtime may be available based on business needs; interview discussions will determine exact schedule and expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete event lifecycle for maintenance, towing, and service events.
• Dispatch to achieve best results and monitor KPI performance.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to keep information up-to-date.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal partners to meet timelines.
• Provide coaching to less experienced dispatch team members.
