Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental, physical, and psychiatric disabilities in residential programs. The role involves daily living skills training, supervision, and support across day, evening, and overnight shifts, including overnight duties on a Thursday–Saturday schedule.

Staff may need specialized certifications and are trained to provide enhanced supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based agency tools.
• Valid US driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and skills training in activities of daily living during day, evening, and/or overnight hours.
• Help individuals develop independence and decision-making in daily tasks.
• Maintain documentation and records per regulatory standards and policy.
