Bridgewell is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental, physical, and psychiatric disabilities in residential settings and the community. This role involves daily living activities, behavior support, and documentation, with specialized training provided.

Shifts include Friday overnight and Saturday overnight totaling 26 hours per week. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift and assist as needed, with a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 5+ years of verified experience in the same position.
• Preferred: 1+ year working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
• Proficiency with written and verbal communications and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and skills training in activities of daily living across day, evening, and overnight hours.
• Help people develop independence and decision-making within a home and community setting.
• Follow regulatory standards (DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF) and Bridgewell policies.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and maintain required training certifications.
• Maintain progress notes, shift checklists, and documentation; assist with transportation and community access.
