Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support people with developmental, physical, and psychiatric disabilities in residential programs. The role involves overnight and daytime shifts, skills training, daily living activities, and community integration within a safety-focused home environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (or 5+ years of relevant experience), strong communication, organization, and computer skills, plus a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft products and web apps.
• Valid US driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist people in daily living activities and skills training.
• Support decision-making to foster independence.

• Administer medications and maintain required documentation.
