Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen to warmly greet tenants, guests and vendors and deliver exceptional service in the building environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, guiding guests, and assisting with on-site events while maintaining security and access control. This role requires strong communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local services and attractions.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services; manage keys and access cards.
