Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen for our Planned Lifestyle Services division to welcome tenants, guests, and vendors at a Washington, D.C. building.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail, and help coordinate local referrals and services, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. The role demands 3+ years in customer service, excellent communication, ability to multitask, and willingness to be on call.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Warm and welcoming demeanor toward everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and helps access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys & access cards.
