Planned Companies is seeking on-call Front Desk Associates and Doormen to greet tenants, guests, and vendors at the building entrance in the Philadelphia area. The role requires providing personalized experiences, scheduling reservations, and coordinating on-site events while maintaining security and access control.

Candidates should have 2+ years in concierge work, excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Concierge experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm welcome to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors on entry.
• Develop relationships to provide personalized experiences based on lifestyles and needs.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and access to local entertainment and services.
• Document and secure mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
