Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Fontana, CA is seeking a Sales & Service Overnight (SSO) to deliver a welcoming, member-centric experience during the overnight shift. You will greet guests, assist with memberships, tours, and answer questions while maintaining a clean, safe gym environment.

The role emphasizes member engagement, upselling add-ons, and promoting Personal Training and other services. The position offers team-based incentives and an opportunity to grow within the club operations team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification required; provided by 24 Hour Fitness.
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at the front desk.
• 6–12 months experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, check-in, and promptly address needs to ensure friendly service.
• Assist enrollment, tours, and onboarding for new members.
• Sell retail products and promote in-club promotions and add-ons.
• Report to Sales & Service Manager and collaborate with the team.
• Participate in commission plans tied to performance.
