Job summary

DuraServ Corp is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX to hunt new business, own a local territory, and close deals with facility managers and general contractors. You’ll work autonomously to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a local territory.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage a data-driven pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily to identify new business opportunities in the territory.
• Perform site visits and consult with facility managers and general contractors.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline from discovery to contract closing.
• Create and present proposals and quotes with attention to safety and specs.
• Collaborate with Service Technicians to convert leads into long-term contracts.
