Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in outside sales or related fields.
• Proven territory management experience building a profitable book.
• CRM proficiency to manage lead pipelines and technical data.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive territory prospecting: daily cold calling and site visits to identify opportunities.
• Solution-based consulting with site assessments to diagnose equipment needs and provide custom solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with service technicians to turn maintenance leads into long-term contracts.
• Relationship management to build and maintain a robust pipeline with facility managers, owners, and contractors.
• Proposal and quote management using CRM to ensure accurate specifications and safety requirements.
