Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for developing other professionals and future leaders.
• Strong sales background, ideally in insurance, with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Positive, energetic attitude and commitment to growth.
• Proficiency with MS Office and training tools.
• Willingness to learn insurance products and licensing requirements.
• Good basic computer skills.
• Ability to analyze complex insurance concepts and customer needs.
• Candidate must be willing to obtain an insurance license.
