Meier Agency is seeking an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop and lead training for our sales team and future leaders. This role offers rapid growth as you implement programs, coach reps, and drive performance across a field-based B2B environment.

You will conduct both in-person and online sessions, stay current with industry trends, and support recruitment and onboarding of new team members. A license in Health & Life is encouraged with licensing reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Background in sales with a proven track record.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life producer license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Willingness to learn about insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional experience.
