Job summary
Meier Agency is expanding and seeking an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop other sales reps and future leaders. This role offers rapid growth and advancement based on proficiency with our system, training others in field B2B sales while building your own book of business.
You will conduct in-person and online training, coach team members, stay current with industry trends, and learn our products/services and CRM processes. Full-time position with strong earning potential.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for developing leaders and professionals.
- Strong sales background, preferably in insurance, with proven success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience mentoring or coaching.
- Positive, energetic attitude and commitment to growth.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training tools.
- Experience with sales software (CRM) is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn about insurance programs, licenses, and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Implement training programs for sales reps and leaders.
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions to build practical skills.
- Provide coaching to help reps set and achieve goals.
- Identify high-potential individuals and guide their development into leaders.
- Foster a positive learning environment and stay updated on industry trends.
- Learn company products, sales processes, and CRM usage.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.
- Build and manage a field-based B2B book of business.
- Support team with guidance, coaching, and customer service excellence.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
