Meier Agency in the United States is seeking an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop and lead other reps and future leaders in a fast‑growing, field‑based role.

You will conduct in‑person and online training, coach teams, recruit and mentor new members, and drive growth across multiple states. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with strong earning potential and opportunities for advancement. Weekly bonuses and long‑term incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for developing future leaders.
• Strong sales background, preferably in insurance, with proven success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years relevant sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and training tools.
• Experience with CRM software beneficial.
• Willingness to learn insurance industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for sales reps and future leaders.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions to build practical skills.

• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
• Conduct field, B2B sales to build your own book of business.
• Give guidance and coaching to improve team sales performance.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas.
