Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads, schedule meetings, and manage client relationships.
• Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers to assess insurance needs.
• Present products to individuals and groups (50–100+).
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and territory targets.
