Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales representative to target small and medium businesses across diverse industries. You'll train to promote supplemental insurance products, meeting owners and decision-makers, and occasionally presenting to groups.

You will use Salesforce to manage leads, schedule meetings, and build your own client portfolio. The role offers paid training, a weekly draw plus commissions, performance bonuses, and the opportunity for growth

Formación

• Entry-level outside sales role with training provided.
• Prior sales experience is not required but appreciated.
• Able to obtain an Active Driver's License and transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit your weekly schedule to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
