Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious entry-level outside sales professional to develop a dedicated territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, building your client portfolio and expanding your network.

You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and uncapped commissions with a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; degrees or athletic backgrounds considered if within 6 months of completion.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and decision-makers; follow up on referrals and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio; manage relationships for renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
