Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business within a dedicated territory. You will meet with business owners to discuss supplemental insurance products, and you’ll work with an energetic team focused on growth and client retention.

The role includes comprehensive training, a performance-based compensation structure with draws, commissions, and bonuses, and access to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with state fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; sales/athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and accounts within your territory.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and present products.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and hit targets.
• Record daily activity and sales updates.
