Empire Today is looking for an Outside Sales Consultant in Victorville, CA to engage customers in their homes and help select flooring products. This role is commission-based with high earning potential, offering health insurance and diverse benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in their homes to provide flooring estimates and recommend products.
• Utilize pre‑qualified leads and continue prospecting for new customer opportunities.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Deliver excellent customer service and present professionally, including in branded apparel.
• Use electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and adhere to company policies.
