Empire Today is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant in San Diego, CA, who will engage directly with customers to provide personalized flooring solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to use pre-qualified leads and earn commissions, with top performers making over $100K annually.

Qualifications

Title: Outside Sales Consultant

Empire Today is looking for go‑getters to meet face‑to‑face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads are generally within a 1‑hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in‑home flooring estimate, and you can use the strength of the well‑known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

Compensation

• 100% commission + commission bonus. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50K‑$70K the first year, with top performers earning well over $100K.
• No earnings cap.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
• Direct Seller Contract.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations.
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
