Job summary

Empire Today is seeking energetic in-home sales consultants in the Grand Prairie area. You will meet with customers at their homes to assess flooring needs and present the best product options, leveraging hot leads and a strong brand.

Role offers 100% commission with commission bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for growth nationwide. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to customer residences, with compensation reflecting performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, with higher commissions.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person and virtually.
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to assess flooring needs.
• Present product options and provide accurate estimates on-site.
• Develop new business through referrals and pre-qualified leads.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Empire Today brand.

Requirements:
