• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with space for flooring samples
• Willingness to attend sales meetings and training (in person and virtual)
• Ability to achieve self-generated sales targets monthly
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfort with using electronic tablets and measuring devices
• Professional presentation, including Empire-branded apparel
