Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to work directly with customers in their homes to provide flooring estimates and drive sales. This role offers the potential for uncapped commissions with a typical earning range of $50k – $70k in the first year, and top performers earning over $100k.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a vehicle suitable for transporting flooring samples, and strong customer service skills. Evening and weekend availability is required. The position includes various benefits and perks aimed at promoting wellness and professional growth.

• Use electronic tablets and measuring devices during presentations.
• Present professionally, including wearing Empire branded apparel.

Compensation

• 100% commission plus commission bonus opportunity.
• Typical earnings $50k – $70k in the first year; top performers earn over $100k.
• No earnings cap.
