Title: Outside Sales Representative

Empire Today is looking for go‑getters to meet face‑to‑face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads are generally within a 1‑hour radius. Customers call Empire and request an in‑home flooring estimate. You can also use the strong brand to generate additional referrals and prospects.

The role is a 100% commission and commission bonus opportunity. Outside sales consultants typically earn $50k – $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. There is no earnings cap.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle that can transport flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month, which pay higher commissions.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions, both in person and virtually.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Use electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations.
• Present professionally, including wearing Empire branded apparel.
