Job summary

Empire Today seeks driven sales professionals to meet customers in their homes and help choose flooring options. You’ll work with a well-known brand and receive paid training, with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Representatives earn an average $50k–$70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. A vehicle and valid license are required to reach customers in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must have valid license to drive locally and a vehicle to meet customers in homes.
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month; pay on higher commissions.
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
• Direct Seller Contract; delivery of excellent customer service.
• Ability to use tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes to understand needs and present flooring options.
• Assist customers with selecting products to fit their home and budget.
• Attend training sessions in person or virtually and participate in meetings.

Requirements:
