Empire Today is seeking ambitious sales professionals to meet customers in their homes and help choose flooring solutions. This role offers a 100% commission structure with commission bonuses, paid training, and access to employee perks.

Strong earning potential comes from pre-qualified leads and referrals. Successful representatives earn $50k–$70k first year, with top performers surpassing $100k, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service in-home.

• Valid driver's license with local driving to meet customers.
• Own a vehicle with space for sample boards.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to discuss flooring needs.
• Recommend best flooring products and provide accurate estimates.
• Generate self-sourced leads and meet monthly sales targets.
• Attend evening and weekend appointments as required.
• Use tablets and measuring tools to support sales presentations.

Requirements:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards


• Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions


• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually


• Availability for evening & weekend appointments


• Direct Seller Contract


• Delivery of excellent customer service


• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations


• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
